About Melvik Guest House

Melvik Guest House is a newly opened guest house located in Hleoheng Mokotakoti, Leribe. The establishment is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist.

Fluent in Sesotho and English.

Computer literate.

Aged between 22 and 35 years.

Good customer service skills.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Must be a resident of Lesotho, preferably from nearby areas, or be willing to relocate.

Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.

Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp bookings.

Keep the reception area clean and manage room keys.

Record bookings and daily income.

Coordinate housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.

Attend to guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Market available rooms on Facebook and WhatsApp.
