EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI): PROFESSIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES

Invitation

Econet Telecom Lesotho (Pty) Ltd invites qualified and experienced professional fire protection engineering/design companies to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the assessment and design of fire protection infrastructure at its Headquarters in Maseru and Thetsane Premises.

Scope of Assignment

The assignment is for professional design services only and is intended to cover:

Site assessment.

Review of existing fire protection infrastructure.

Fire water demand assessment.

Hydraulic calculations.

Preparation of coordinated design drawings.

Preparation of technical specifications.

Preparation of a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) or Schedule of Works.

The accepted design will serve as the common technical basis for a separate installation tender at a later stage.

Terms and Conditions

The price quoted in the EOI must be in Maloti/Rand and include all applicable taxes and duties.

Written confirmation of the intention to participate must be submitted between 2 and 9 November 2026. Confirmations received after these dates will not be accepted.

The EOI must be submitted no later than 16:00 hours on 27 November 2026.

EOIs received after the stated deadline will not be accepted.

Detailed tender packaging and labelling requirements specified in the EOI must be adhered to. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

The EOI will be made available electronically to companies that have confirmed their intention to participate.
